I made cupcakes for the first time today!
We had a dinner party to go to and I offered to make the dessert because I had a bucket of juicy fresh strawberries from going to Walley Farm the other day. I was searching and searching and came across this raspberry cupcake recipe. Even though there were no strawberries used, I did have all the other ingredients required, no need to go to store and so I used this recipe and made a few tweeks. The cupcake was a chocolate flavor, and the frosting a raspberry buttercream. They were a hit!
