Saute onions and spinach, but be careful not to overcook! It should look less sauteed than this.
Place spinach in serving bowl and add balsamic. Then, roast pecans on high heat (careful not to burn!)
Add nuts and cheese to mixture
Found this on my health delicious blackberry app, substituted chevre with feta cheese. It turned out pretty delicious, although if you make it, careful not to overcook the spinach!
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 onion, thinly sliced
5 oz baby spinach
2 tbls balsamic (1 tbls was enough for me)
1/2 oz pecans
black pepper (whops! forgot to add it in, but it still tasted good)
